"At first I thought of it as an alien object invading my body. I was surprised that it didn't cause an allergic reaction. My immune system accepted it. Then for a while, I thought about it as a parasite, but it doesn't hurt me, although sometimes it makes me tired. I have an increased appetite. My body feeds it, it does everything it can to keep it alive. Although I'm not sure how it benefits me, I guess I could say that it is a sort of symbiotic relationship - but only a temporary one."
